Hotel vicino a Mountain Mall - Gatlinburg

“We had an excellent time at The Comfort Suites! The hotel is modernized, and rooms were also pretty updated as well. There is a pool and gym on the lower level but we didn't use those. The breakfast has a lot of variety for a hotel breakfast but could get busy during peak hours. The hotel is within a couple of blocks from the downtown which also made it really easy to get around without driving.”

“Great staff and location. It's close enough to walk to the main attractions in Gatlinburg but far enough that you don't get the noise. The staff is very nice and helpful. We liked the fire tables in the courtyard for a cozy place to relax.”

“I was satisfied with my stay for the price. lots of construction renovation going on hammering and banging. hotel sent lots of texts that they didn't seem to pay attention to when you answered. I said I would check out at 10:30 and the housekeeper was banging on my door at 9:45 a.m. I was in room 125.
