“The front desk made sure I had a room close to the breakfast room since I have mobility issues. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise River view when the River is actually really dry and no really a River. ”
“Absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms with nice style, beautiful resort pool area and an outstanding breakfast! The made to order omelettes were top notch, as well as a huge selection of various other breakfast foods. Really a great spread and something for everyone! The staff was so quick to take away plates and wipe down tables, we didn't have an issue finding seating either day we were there. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch as well! “Fantastic experience from booking through check out. Staff answered questions promptly prior to check in and responded to requests for towels within 20 minutes (which was appreciated, but not needed as I requested for the next day). Dinner was fabulous, staff was exceptional. Breakfast is quick grab and go, or hot food (extra cost) to order if required. “The hotel is relatively new. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The staff, especially Janiel and Dave, went above and beyond in making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was standard as with other hotels. It could use some improvement but was sufficient. ”

“We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them.”
“The motel was off of the downtown main street which was perfect. Close enough to go downtown if you wanted but far enough that it was very quiet. The stream running behind he motel was very pleasant to listen to. The rooms are newly renovated with a rustic them. The fresh made breakfast was very good but it is only offered on the weekend. I would definitely stay again.”

“The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. ”
“The stories on the walls and other little quirks about the hotel was great to look at and to see/find. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and learning about the Appalachian trails. Great spot and very comforting it’s a family and safe place I never worried about any of my belongings there. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!! ”
