“Gatlinburg has a lot of older hotels. I needed something newer to avoid mold, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown. This was a terrific stay for us - the room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, & all parts of the room were clean all around with a modern touch. We provided a quick check in and everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. ”

“Access to the free trolley was the best part since parking in town is impossible. The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor pool area or a pool area for adults. It was all geared towards small children, which our kids enjoyed but we were not able to enjoy it with them.”

“The lodge is an older property. Despite the age, it was clean and did not have a meldew smell. I took a gamble on this brand as I am a hotel snob, but this was the only option available.
The iron and ironing board were clean and it had a large fridge. The bed was large and the TV was nice. It had no carpet and the AC unit kept the room cool in 98 degree weather. The bathroom has been upgraded. There is one sink with little counter space.
