Hotel vicino a Semaforo n. 6 - Gatlinburg

“Great stay, everything was amazing i wished house keeping was a little more thorough in cleaning and replenishing the room ie coffee, sugars etc.. there were random hairs in the shower. Other than that 10/10 would stay again. Spa was great i had a gentleman who needed to trim his nails. I did ask for a Swedish massage when i booked but was given a deep tissue. Not complaining but i didn’t feel heard. ”

“My only disappointment. Breakfast, even though complementary, would of been delightful as the scenery, if it wasnt made like it was complementary. Having a culinary degree you would hope that the egss Benedict would have poached eggs, not almost hard boiled and a hollandaise sauce, not a scoop of ????. And cold potatoes too. ”

“Excellent hotel, spacious and convenient! I was really impressed with how clean and roomy the accommodations were. Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“We absolutely love this hotel. The whole family has fun on the water slides and pool. It is great to keep the kids satisfied when we are exhausted and don’t want to be out shopping and sightseeing. ”

“The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !!”

“I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton.”

“Great location but I had to pay $16.00 to park on their lot overnight. Never did that before! A clear “ money grab”.”

“Stayed for New Years with my wife. The location was a short walk to the strip and had plenty of amenities. The room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.”
