We're just next to security for Departures so it's literally only a couple of minutes from getting out of bed to starting the next leg of your journey. Hi Erin it's good to know there were many things you enjoyed about staying with us at Gatwick. We know not everyone loves the wet room which combines the shower facilities with the toilet and basin as it all gets wet during a shower. The shower is powerful and refreshing though and should be fantastic. A used towel on the floor stops you getting wet feet before it's dried naturally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the poor lighting in your room. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll look into ways to improve the lighting to ensure a more comfortable stay for our guests in the future. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Hi Dale, thanks for acknowledging those things you liked about Bloc as well as those you didn't. We've tried so hard to make sure our rooms are accurately represented across all our booking platforms, photos taken on-site, room descriptions and floor space measurements. It's disappointing when guests book a windowless Sleep room and then don't and then find it doesn't meet their expectations. Compact, quiet and convenient all describe our most budget-friendly Sleep and Vista rooms.
