“I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. “My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

“This was a lovely Hotel staff lovely and friendly the pool lovely we had breakfast a part of the deal limited. The room where great private little garden. Love the bathroom. The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard. We appreciated the hand-chosen artwork, breakfast, attention to detail, architecture, and how well everything was put together. L'unica cosa negativa è il servizio transfer, la struttura si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di ubud e offre ai suoi ospiti un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungerlo ma solo dalle 11di mattina alle 2 del pomeriggio per l'andata e un ultima navetta alle 17 per tornare, dopo di che si è costretti a pagare per ricevere questo servizio e non sono economici ( circa 5€ a tratta).”

“Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. “It's a magical place and they made us feel like we were in a constant honeymoon even though we were not. Everybody was extremely kind and smiley. The villas are huge and extremely luxurious, more than what we were expecting. The pool is awesome, facing the forest. The staff was always ready to help and the villa was cleaned and tidied up twice a day. There is a very convenient shuttle bus to Ubud centre.”
