“Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner. Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich ”

“It was ok - not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. The location was great, as far as proximity to the track and other amenities. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful, others completely not. They have one product for washing that is a combo shampoo/body wash - again not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel.”

Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet – mit Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Maschine, TV und Klimaanlage hatte ich alles, was ich brauchte, und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker, besonders die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren ein tolles Highlight am Morgen. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed.
