“Located in the centre of town, off Ridderstraat, this is a great apartment to stay in. Literally a stones through from the central square, you couldn't ask for a better in town location.The apartment is on the second floor, accessed via a secure door on the ground floor. The coffee bar below the apartment is great, serving fantastic coffee. The apartment itself is great. Decently sized, with a nice shower room, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. There's an ironing board...

“Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen Ort. Sauber, geräumig, Hell und ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Einzig negativ zu bewerten ist die Baustelle welche sich derzeit genau vor dem Hauseingang befindet (hört man aber in der Wohnung nichts von) und das es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Umgebung gibt und man auch sonst nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung heran kommt. Wer also mit viel Gepäck anreist, muss mindestens 500m schleppen. Sonst alles...

“Die Anzeige hat den Eindruck gegeben, es würde sich hier handeln um ein kleines Appartement. Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde est mal klar, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelte. Plötzlich lautete die Info auch, dass es Treppen gab. Auf unsere Frage zu tauschen mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer, wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer auf EG waren und es beim Eingang nur eine kleine Treppe mit 4 Stufen gab. Das waren aber 19 Stufen und die waten für unsere alte Hündin schwierig zu meistern und...

"Personale molto gentile, come sempre in questo hotel. Non è la prima volta che veniamo. Fantastico il fatto che la colazione sia sempre inclusa, è comunque una buona colazione. Dalla stazione sono solo 10 minuti di bus. "

"We had a huge family, two separate rooms with their own bathrooms and showers. A mini flat . The only drawback is that it is impossible to get there by car because the hotel is located in an exclusively bicycle/pedestrian area. The area is convenient, you have the station behind and you arrive in the centre in no time ."

"Hotel conveniently located near main roads, but outside Utrecht. Bad shape and condition. Common spaces urgently need an extensive renovation. Cleaning service also need major improvement mainly in common spaces. Breakfast... €18 for crappy service (unacceptable!) and medium/low quality choice/taste. Not expecting 3* Michelin but decent food, or adjust pricing. Parking with no direct access to hotel, and no sign/direction for handicapped people. Overall, a very low quality for a high price"
