“When checked in they said they would clean room every second day. We stayed 4 nights and never had the room refreshed or cleaned. They brought towels one night after complaining.”

“Hi over all the hotel was alright but there should be doors on the rooms that are facing the parking lot so people can in the back and see their vehicles and my room was ok a little noisy a couple times but not bad I would have to say that the cleaning of the room when I arrived was a little bit not too good so for that matter I’m giving the super 8 in Kelowna a 4 star rating thank you”

“My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful”

“Awesome location (everything walkable and a good bus connection), comfy bed, friendly and helpful front desk. I recommend a 1-2 day stay. Price is fair. Okay for a hostel. Room is clean even though not in the detail (behind bed / lockers). Awesome AC that cools down the room within minutes. The showers are NOT as displayed on Expedia (see pictures).They are a bit gross but cleaned daily so no hairs / paper towels on the floor after they cleaned.
