“I stayed two nights and the first night I went out to smoke snd stepped in a pile of human feces. I reported it and nothing was done to resolve the issue until the next shift members came in and stated cleaning the property.. it was directly outside the entrance in the back by the pool area. ”

“Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use.”

He was friendly and made clear efforts to great each guest at breakfast, even asking what they were doing in the area and recalling the same information the next day. He kept moving through the dining room taking completed dishes to the trash while maintaining conversations with each table. He was also the same way with other staff that...

“We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator. ”
