“Best Hilton Garden Inn I've ever been in, with excellent rooms and a shockingly good restaurant. The facility surpasses some full blown Hilton Hotels. The only downside is the price. Quasi-Manhattan prices in Rochester, NY???”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“Very disappointing experience overall. The property was poorly maintained, and the level of service provided by both the staff and management was far below expectations. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.”

“There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great”

“The location was 20 minutes away from most major highways and tourists sights. The room was clean and the staff was helpful, considerate and patience. Breakfast area provided offered hot & cold nutriental meals and free coffee at night made the stay a delight.”

“We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund.”

“This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”
