“Staff was friendly overall and answered all of my questions. I liked that it is close to shops and restaurants within walking distance, with a wide variety of options nearby. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night.”

“The hotel and staff were wonderful! We planned a trip to The Strong Museum which is literally right next door. It was all by 1 minute walk, best location to visit this museum - specially with small children. The breakfast options were good and food was delicious, something for everyone.”

“This is not a perfect hotel, but you definitely get what you pay for! Very decent hotel with wonderful staff, it's legit. I had a suite room that was next to the elevator so there times where it was a little noisy, but for the most part I enjoyed the room; it was clean, it was spacious, comfortable, and it has everything that I needed and more. Free breakfast was very nice too, I really appreciated that. 🙂”

“Seemed to be construction happening on my floor until about 10:30 pm. Was not at all a quiet experience and frankly unsettling. ”

“I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. The staff member at the front desk was the one saving grace; she was supportive during this process. Also, I saw a sign that the dryer was broken. A person who had been staying...
