“My family and I had a huge, clean, one bedroom room that was perfect, except that the bathroom was in the room, so our kids had to walk through our room to use it. Breakfast was better than most other hotels we’ve been to, but the layout of the breakfast area is terrible, a very crowded and small area. The location is ok, the river is pretty cool, and there is halal food across the street that was very good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Everything was great! It was very clean and the front desk staff were amazing. What I didn’t like was the housekeeper came at 11:12 AM and told us we needed to leave for checkout. We were almost done packing our bags, but we still had until 12:00 for checkout. The front desk staff confirmed 12:00 was checkout time, and apologized for the housekeeper.”

“The hotel staff was very accommodating during a last minute stay. In particular, the front desk representatives found a solution for my storage needs. The adjacent walking loop is an extra amenity for fitness enthusiasts. While I don’t usually book this brand, I found the rooms very similar to many four star hotels in larger cities. You went be disappointed staying here if you enjoy great value and service.”

“Overall, we rate the hotel top notch. Only thing wanting was the free wifi connection. Had I get upgraded with a fee would have been better. Front desk staff was very kind to let us use the wifi and internet when, after we checked out the hotel, we encountered a difficulty in entering the condo we reserved.”
