La struttura è esattamente di fronte alla fermata del tram, che porta in tutta la città e offrono anche una tessera gratuita per i mezzi. Camera molto accogliente con vasca da bagno e sali, e doccino vicino al water per bidet. La colazione buona ma un po’ scarsa.

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. La struttura è silenziosa e lo staff molto garbato. La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Comoda la presenza del parcheggio, seppur caro. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Unico neo: le porte esterne degli ascensori sono da reggere a mano e, con i bagagli, non è il massimo per una struttura così.

Stazione Treni
Hotel in comoda posizione per vicinanza alla stazione dei treni ma anche a quartiere a luci rosse, ottimi servizi colazione buona ma non eccellente, personale molto cortese, ceck in alle 15.... Ampie camere ottimo letto, difficile regolare la temperatura a piacere.

Relax e comfort in Ginevra
Ottimo hotel, camere silenziose e pulite vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e di conseguenza a tutti i trasporti pubblici di Ginevra, tram e bus con fermata sotto l’hotel,letto molto comodo e bagno fornito di doccia schiuma, shampo, sali da vasca, e crema corpo e phon riforniti ogni giorno

Comodo per chi viaggia per lavoro
Arrivando a sera inoltrata a Ginevra (11 p.m.) ho scelto di passare la notte in un albergo vicinissimo alla stazione, anche se ben isolato... insonoricamente parlando. Pulito, stanzina carina, non mancava nulla. Abbondante colazione e personale gentilissimo. Per lavorare a Ginevra è veramente OK.

carino ma 4 stelle sono troppe?
bene però la prima colazione non era compresa, colpa mia che non ho guardato ed il garage era a parte, il che è piuttosto insolito, almeno per strutture a 4 stelle. la posizione non è male, probabilmente le camere ai piani più alti avranno una vista migliore

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and the room was well-equipped with coffee maker, fridge, microwave and so on. But the room faced the train tracks with nothing but double glazing and a low wall between us and the tracks about 25 meters away. It wasn’t that it was loud but it was perceptible through the night. It totally surprising given that we chose the hotel as close to the station but, in retrospect, there were better options just as close on side streets off the opposite side of the street. We liked the Geneva Travel Pass provided. We liked the hotel in general but the proximity to the tracks (as opposed to proximity to the station) was a drawback.

We had an amazing stay! The facilities were incredible (including a little kitchenette) so we could buy and prepare our own food. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus, you get a transport card which made exploring Geneva super easy. Thank you so much, the only hotel we will be staying in from now on.

Great hotel for our family of 5, they have connecting rooms. Less than a 5 min walk from train station, easy friendly check-in. Spacious rooms, walkable to the rest of Geneva, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to hop a train in the morning to the airport.

BEST HOTEL IN GENEVA
Great location, very beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and close to Main train station, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, i was also upgraded to a beautiful and spacious room, very lovely and great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I stayed there before and will continue to patronize.

Nice option from Geneva stay
Around 5-min walk from the Bahnhof and 10-min walk to the Geneve Plaques. With a bus stop almost right outside, the hotel can be easily accessible. The room is spacious and cosy. Just my room is facing the train station which inevitably is a bit noisy when trains pass through the station. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Room and common areas, and staff were all excellent. Laundry facilities were not available (working?) causing me to go to a outside place. Fortunately, after I research d places found one that was 2 minutes away. It was very nice. Staff should have had a list of places recommended (distance, rating).

Amazing hotel and friendly/helpful staff. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and bus station. The old town is 10/15 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The reception staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The room itself was cosy and spacious. It was also very clean. Loved this hotel and would recommend to others :) thank you Hotel Auteuil!!!
