“total indifference to the guests, total lack of services, absolutely no care, restaurant with very poor choice, if you ask for something, such as drinking water or a taxi no one will ever help you. we asked to book a taxi at 5 am, for the airport, the consierge assured us that he had booked the and instead, at 5 there was no taxi. this was just the first, in a long list of lies that they told us. they are all absolutely unreliable. Never again at the Anya hotel. ”

“Have stayed at this property for many years and perhaps the only reason that I stay (aside from it being of high quality) is that the hotel is one block walking distance from where I need to be while in Gurgaon. If you are simply looking for a fantastic clean and quiet place to stay, this is top notch. It does have its downfalls however; Taxi drivers cannot find location! Don't even try at night. Driver absolutely must call property, most often more than once, while enroute for instructions....
