“Very bad condition, smelly and dirty”

“This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056”

“This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...
