“The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. ”

“The staff was great, but we had booked a king and that room had been given to a different guest even though it had been reserved for our stay. I booked a king but got two queen beds instead. We were given cards for the room only to find out someone was already in the room. I have never had this happen with all my travels. ”

“I recently finished my stay here and had a largely positive experience! The service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The location was perfect for my needs, and the overall atmosphere of the property was very welcoming. However, there is one area that definitely needs some attention: the beds. “We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. The shower was big enough for two people and the tile in the bathroom floor was just beautiful. It also had an extremely large walk-in closet and lots of shelves. To make this unit even...

“Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt. Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry!”

“The hotel was clean. The room was clean only issue was the water spilled out from the shower. Their parking area is be big enough to accommodate when being fully booked because parking spaces were very limited.”
