“The staff was great, but we had booked a king and that room had been given to a different guest even though it had been reserved for our stay. I booked a king but got two queen beds instead. We were given cards for the room only to find out someone was already in the room. I have never had this happen with all my travels. ”

“Clean room, plenty of parking and options for meals a nice walk away or a very quick drive. Mel at the office is absolutely top tier. She does calls ahead of time to ensure you’re all set and is an absolute delight to meet in person. She’s one of those people that just exudes positivity. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. ”

“I recently finished my stay here and had a largely positive experience! The service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The location was perfect for my needs, and the overall atmosphere of the property was very welcoming. However, there is one area that definitely needs some attention: the beds. The spring mattresses felt quite dated and were pretty uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. If the hotel...

“Room was NOT what we booked. Air was fine. Mediocre cleanliness. Staff weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either. Pool was closed. Overall it was a bed with a roof over our heads. ”
