“Most of the staff were friendly, but the hotel had a lot of RULES and anyone who was in breach of them was spoken to in a most unfriendly manner by senior staff - junior staff and guests alike. Often the junior staff were shouted at across the room, for everyone to witness, rather than the senior staff member taking the four steps to politely remind them within only their hearing. I witnessed a guest being told they could not split a bill, when one member of the party had already paid, and it...

“Excellent location for convenient and easy access to F&B, transport and grocery. Nice river view and quiet surrounding, occasionally could hear ambulance siren as the hospital is just nearby. Most staff are friendly, especially Francesca is very polite, patience and helpful.”

Purtroppo la mancanza di comunicazione è stata pessima in quanto la reception è aperta solo in determinati orari, per quanto riguarda la wifi, ci hanno dato un codice scaduto e quindi inutilizzabile e non c'era nessuno a raccogliere le nostre lamentele.”
