“Sea Glass Villa” is a gorgeous, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom spacious contemporary home with Beautiful Water and awesome Sunset Views.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings, to help you soak in the most spectacular scenery of Exuma’s natural beauty.

The Sunsets are a must and a true bonus from either point of the full-length wrap-around-balcony of this home away from home.

Sea Glass is positioned on a premium, elevated site within a sheltered cove overlooking the harbor and just a short 5mns boat ride to some of the island’s most popular amenities such as (Stocking Island, Chat n Chill, Crab Cay and Star-Fish Beach). This magnificent waterfront and island view villa delivers an incomparable lifestyle and offers a private dock for its renters.

Inside and out, Sea Glass Villa has been carefully designed to provide all the conveniences and comforts of home while being on a world-class vacation –

Located within February Point, which is a private gated community just minutes from the conveniences of George Town and only a 20-minute scenic drive to the airport. There is a Marina, and Beach Club that includes a spa, swimming, restaurants, and concierge services as well as the use of our fitness facilities and lighted tennis courts.

House was perfect for two families with adult children. Nice dock access for a boat rental. Snorkeling right off the dock was great, lots of fish to see!Limited cookware and utensils if you plan to cook or bring in a chef. Overall lovely stay and would come back again!

Gated Community

My family and I loved our stay at the community. This was our third visit and love Exuma and all it has to offer. The ladies in the office were somewhat helpful but once I reached the actual property manager, he was very kind and came out quickly after arriving a couple of the rooms not having water but was fixed pronto. Our overall stay was excellent and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The dock was so convenient. The main area of Georgetown is just around the corner. Chat n Chill and Da Sand Bar are just across the way on Stocking Island. The restaurant Rusty Anchor has fabulous food and service. Kaymark and all staff members were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
