    Benvenuto su Xanadu ...
    Un'oasi sul lungomare isolata e rilassante.
    Completamente rinnovato e aggiornato. Completamente climatizzato 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni 1.800sf casa con una magnifica vista di Elizabeth Harbor e Stocking Island.
    2 suite King, 1 con bagno privato. 3 °. la camera da letto ospita una regina.
    Wi-Fi.
    2 patii per trovare un po 'di tempo per me.
    Un grande ponte che attraversa la parte anteriore della casa per raggiungere i raggi in una delle chaise longue, rilassarsi sul divano e guardare le barche navigare nel porto o cenare all'aperto con il tavolo da pranzo esterno che può ospitare 4-6 persone, tutte nel mentre osservi le sfumature magiche sempre mutevoli dell'acqua turchese.
    All'interno - godere di una cucina completamente attrezzata, 5 fornelli a gas, elec. forno, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, ecc ... dispensa fornita. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, aggiungi la tua spesa.
    Tavolo da pranzo che si adatta a 6-8 persone.
    Grande veranda con vista sul ponte e sul porto.
    Netflix e una libreria di DVD nella sala tv. Inoltre giochi e puzzle se ti interessa prendere un giorno libero dall'esplorazione.
    Piccoli passi verso il mare. Un litorale roccioso con gradini che portano in acqua è perfetto per lo snorkeling e la caccia di dollari di sabbia. (Attrezzatura da snorkeling inclusa.)
    Xanadu è a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto.
    A pochi passi da un negozio di alimentari e un negozio di liquori.
    3 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia più vicina, Jolly Hall Beach (uno di quelli che si possono vedere dalla casa.)
    Numerosi ristoranti a meno di 5 minuti.
    Suggeriamo di noleggiare un'auto per poter esplorare Exuma e cosa ha da offrire ...
    Noleggio barche disponibili presso Minns Water Sports.
    Fai un'escursione per nuotare con i maiali, giocare con le iguane e fare snorkeling nella Grotta Thunderball dove hanno girato un paio di film di James Bond. ;)
    Le possibilità sono infinite ...

We had a wonderful stay a Xanadu House. It was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. The Hosts, Frank and Lisa, were quick to respond to any questions and provided lots of information and recommendations. The views are amazing. The beaches are breathtaking. We will be back again soon!

Our stay exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was exceptionally well cared for. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening memorable. One of our favorite features was the availability of kayaks, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and other equipment that allowed us to fully enjoy the surrounding water and outdoor activities without having to bring or rent anything ourselves.The attention to detail throughout the property was remarkable. Every need had been anticipated, and it was evident that the owners genuinely care about providing an outstanding guest experience.This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Exceptional in every way, we would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway.

We had an incredible stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.The view alone is absolutely breathtaking. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made settling in easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the easy access to the water. We spent time kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling right from the property, which made the experience feel both convenient and special. The owner went above and beyond by providing beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear—small touches that made a big difference.The kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic bonus and got plenty of use during our stay. A particularly memorable moment was watching sea turtles right by the water—something we won’t forget anytime soon.In addition, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making communication easy and ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay.Overall, this was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in Xanadu. It lived up to our expectations and more! The views were unbelievable!! It was very close to the airport and numerous restaurants!! We would love to stay here again!

Xanadu is PARADISE!

Took my family and some extended friends to Exuma and stayed a Xanadu. I am glad we chose this property as it was perfect for us. We loved everything and will definitely return!

Perfect location with a perfect view

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Comfortable beds, perfect location on the island. Close to grocery store and restaurants in Georgetown. House has all the amenities needed for a perfect beach day.

Spectacular View!

This cozy and cute home tucked away on a hill of Exuma has quite the view. Wake up or spend your day viewing the best of what Exuma has to offer at this home. Best hosts by far, you will not be disappointed staying at Xanadu house.

Fab Fun in the Warm Sun

Xanadu was a great place for 4 winter weary pals to relax and just enjoy everything that Great Exhuma has to offer. Next time I would probably pack food so that I could take advantage of the well equipped kitchen that Xanadu has to offer.

Beautiful Property; Great Location

We enjoyed our time at Xanadu House and appreciated all of the information shared ahead of our trip. This home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed snorkeling on the shore at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and full size shower products were provided. Communication with the owner and manager was excellent. Exuma is a beautiful place and Xanadu was the perfect headquarters for our trip!

A comfortable cottage with the most amazing deck looking out over more colors of blue than you could ever imagine. The gorgeous kitchen, super clean and well stocked. Comfortable bedrooms, lots of room and storage. Beautiful clean bathrooms. Great property!

My birthday trip

Number 1… the house is absolutely beautiful! the island is amazing the food fantastic. We went to several different beaches, rented a boat for 2 days, the sting rays at chat n chill are super sweet and let you feed them. I will definitely be back again..

Wonderful house, hosts and location

Host communication was stellar with timely responses, great recommendations and information to prepare you for the trip. Location was central with less than 30 minute access to either end of the island. Quiet and one awesome view to wake up to each morning. Can’t go wrong with this one
