“I spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay. The location by the river is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay in Fairbanks.”

“The TV never worked, internet was very weak and the staff didn’t do anything about it just continued to give excuses. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the toilet handle fell out every time went to flush the toilet. Nobody warned me that this hotel sits right at the landing approach for the airport so planes fly literally 200’ above you as they land. The one positive is that the mattress was very comfortable and the A/C worked. I will not be staying here again!”

“I’ve stayed in every large establishment in Fairbanks for decades and when I visit up North, I stay where you find the best and Sophie’s Station far surpasses the others hands down in comfort in restaurant and amenities. I’ve never had better accommodating staff. When you travel and want to enjoy as I do and you’re in Fairbanks Alaska look no further than Sophie’s Station. This is 45 years of traveling all over in Alaska alone. So pamper your self and relax at Sophie’s.”

“I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!”

“In realtà non era un hotel ma un residence, per cui si soggiornava in un appartamento, ampio, ben arredato. Il residence era di 3 piani, senza ascensore, per cui non comodo per le valigie. Comunque l'unico vero punto dolente era la distanza dal centro del residence.”

“As weird as it sounds, the elevator efficiency was great. We never had to wait. They always keep an elevator on floors 1 and 3 so there is never a wait if you are on an upper floor. The hotel is conveniently located to a Walmart and 3 pizza places!”

“Very uncourteous reception, air conditioning needed to be fixed every day, there was dust layer on table lamp surface indicating poor housekeeping. Dont be fooled by the Hilton name tag.”

“A fantastic Fairbanks experience! The cabin was perfect with all the supplies needed. It averaged 20 below zero during our stay and a fire everynight made it cozy. Cabin HVAC kept all parts warm. Our host Carl reached out before we arrived and during our stay to make sure we had everything needed and make sure no problems. Our only request was for a plug for the car engine heater. There is a plug next to the cabin entrance and Carl supplied a extension card. Location is just outside Fairbanks...
