“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!”

“In realtà non era un hotel ma un residence, per cui si soggiornava in un appartamento, ampio, ben arredato. Il residence era di 3 piani, senza ascensore, per cui non comodo per le valigie. Comunque l'unico vero punto dolente era la distanza dal centro del residence.”

“As weird as it sounds, the elevator efficiency was great. We never had to wait. They always keep an elevator on floors 1 and 3 so there is never a wait if you are on an upper floor. The hotel is conveniently located to a Walmart and 3 pizza places!”

“The place was fine, the staff was excellent. But the only reason I made the reservation was a belated Mother’s Day for my Mom and she wanted a pool and hot tub. So when it wasn’t working when we wanted to use it, we were very disappointed . I know these things can’t be helped usually but it would’ve been nice to have been offered a discount or refund d so we could’ve gone somewhere else. “The TV never worked, internet was very weak and the staff didn’t do anything about it just continued to give excuses. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the toilet handle fell out every time went to flush the toilet. Nobody warned me that this hotel sits right at the landing approach for the airport so planes fly literally 200’ above you as they land. The one positive is that the mattress was very comfortable and the A/C worked. I will not be staying here again!”
