“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places...

“Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. ”

“Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected.”

“The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. Free parking. There is a pool, but is was closed for the season, but it looked very inviting. Unfortunately, free breakfast doesn't start until May 1st (don't know why), so cannot rate that. My only complaint was that, when I arrived, they could not find my reservation, which I made through Expedia. It took nearly an hour and a half for them to sort out the problem, but they eventually resolved the issue and let me in. Since I showed them my...

“Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, rooms are pretty simple but clean and well kept. The only parking option is valet which is $75 USD per night, and there’s no coffee maker in the rooms which is a little inconvenient”
