Carolina Dreamin 'in DeBordieu Colony è la casa di famiglia perfetta. Situato in un tranquillo cul-de-sac, questo piano inverso è perfetto per qualsiasi riunione di famiglia in cui lo spazio è sufficiente e la raccolta è un must. Recentemente aggiornato, questo noleggio della spiaggia del sud è sicuramente quello che fa per te!

Al primo piano della pianta del piano inverso, gli ospiti troveranno quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni con un covo e lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice. Il piano superiore è caratterizzato da un open space del soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e un mezzo bagno. Cucina completamente attrezzata con fornello Jenn Air, forno a parete, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato con cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio.

I servizi aggiuntivi includono un ascensore che va dal piano terra al secondo piano, carrello da golf per quattro persone, smart TV da 65 pollici nella zona giorno, TV in ogni camera da letto, più lettori DVD, internet wireless, culla, due portici con schermo e un portico aperto, e ventilatori a soffitto in tutta la casa.

Questa casa è dotata di un abbonamento al club DeBordieu che include l'accesso a piscine, campi da tennis, ristoranti, bar tiki fronte oceano, club house e golf con tasse applicabili

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented this home for many years. The biggest issue is the elevator has never worked. It's a tall house with steep stairs and getting in luggage, gear and groceries is a huge bummer to have to haul.

Gorgeous home, highly recommend!

This is a fantastic home with all the amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of games/books, and close walk to the beach. Only confusing part, which I believe has been remedied, is the pool not being included with the home. This was a disappointment, however everything else was excellent!

We love to cook and found kitchen to be well stocked. Big frig, lots of counter space, and stools for hanging out. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels provided. Used our voucher to rent bikes and explore. Short walk to beach!

Great house, few problems

Overall this was a nice house in a good location and spacious for our family. The porches were nice and we enjoyed the pond views. We had a couple problems. Prior to arrival, I emailed the property manager to confirm that there was a crib in the house as advertised online and the manager confirmed this. When we arrived, there was no crib to be found. There was a tiny, old pack n play that was not usable for a toddler. This caused a major problem for us and the property manager did not call back until the next day. We solved the issue on our own by using a local company. I would’ve made arrangements ahead of time had I known there was not a crib. The AC stopped working and the management company did get help out within an hour and the issue was resolved. Second major problem: When we booked the house, What we did not know, was that you could literally hear every footstep from the main floor above in the downstairs bedrooms as this is a reverse floorplan. It was LOUD and made it hard to sleep. Every time someone in the master got up to use the bathroom, it woke up the family in the bedroom below. Simple walking sounded like a herd of elephants. Forget sleeping in if people are awake upstairs. We even tried tiptoeing and you could still hear it. Carpet, insulation or something needs to be done to remedy this as it did not make for a restful vacation

Has Potential, But....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 5 adults and three children. Best thing going for it was the screened in porches with views of the marsh. We had several issues that were hard to overlook after a two week stay. MOLD grew quickly around light fixtures, vents, columns and ceilings. The amount of mold that grew in two weeks was such that he homeowners have to know it’s a problem and they are covering it between rentals. ELECTRICAL PANEL was rigged worse than anything ever seen. The utility room was making a beeping alarm noise and it was coming from that panel. Simply closing the door to the room caused a portable low voltage battery that had been hooked up in the panel box to fall out. Loose wires were hanging, and sparks were flying and one of the adults was shocked as a result. The issue was reported and the components were electrical taped back together. BROKEN OVEN DOOR was discovered while opening to remove hot items. We cook, and it was difficult to open the door, the glass would slide and fall creating a burn hazard. GRILL was usable (once) but required 45 minutes of cleaning first. STAIRS! Lots of stairs! Three adults slipped and a 12 year old slipped. All are athletes and not prone to falling. Outdoor stairs were extremely slippery after a rain. This was just a frustrating feature. The elevator that was off limits would’ve helped a ton. The look out room on the very top would’ve been fun to access, however it was locked off and a carpet was thrown on the stairs leading to it. Unfortunately, there was a huge gap in the door, allowing heat/humidity to enter. Could have a lot do with the mold problem. We won’t stay in this unit again, and would definitely not recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location with great views but there is lack of general upkeep, broken window treatments, sticking doors, windows, broken lighting, the advertising doesn't tell you to access the Widow's Walk you have to go through a metal hatch and the balcony railing is rotted and unstable, very very unsafe. It worked fine, the rooms are comfortable and roomy, but not worth the money, for so many broken issues and super dated finishes, it's unfortunate.

Great Property for a big family, but some promised amenities lack

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great for a large family. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby and it was plenty spacious. The updated decor is also lovely. The furniture and beds are comfortable and we loved rocking in the new chairs on the back porch. The kitchen is large, but could use updating and organizing. The oven cooked unevenly, the fridge had multiple broken shelves and some cabinet drawers were broken. This was annoying, but manageable. Additionally, there was significant work being done on the brush in the backyard during our stay, so relaxation on the porch in the afternoon was tough with the noise/conversations between the workers Lastly, there were amenities promised in the listing that were not available/working during our stay -- The listing promised "new bikes", but the only bikes found were two kids bikes that appeared well loved, the golf cart was very inconsistent in whether or not it wanted to start (it usually did not) and a crib was listed and confirmed prior to our stay, but no where to be found upon our arrival. The property manager was quick to find us a crib (thank you Susan!), but still an unnecessary stressl. Overall, the property has great potential and with some additional updating and more realistic expectations set as for amenities, is great for a large family vacation!

The elevator is so nice for unloading and loading, and the garage area has plenty of rooms for cars and golf carts. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the open floor plan on the third floor is perfect for having everyone together. The views off of both porches are relaxing and beautiful. Suzanne and the Tidelife staff did a tremendous job of being accommodating and making sure we had a wonderful time. We could not give her higher marks.

We used the kitchen quite often and found it to be extremely well-equipped with every tool or gadget you'd need. Everything was clean, golf-carts were great...also that SMOKER in the basement?! Amazing. Didn't use it but it was an awesome surprise. Thank you for an incredible stay!! One thing for management/maintenance to check up on would be the air quality. Our carbon monoxide detector went off on Saturday, and after checking every possible source of this, we hadn't come to a conclusion of the correct source.

The open floor plan allowed us to socialize easily, even when some people were cooking. The kitchen was not as well stocked as previous rentals, but was sufficient. The upstairs back deck really should have had more chairs, for the number of bedrooms the house has. The view from this deck was fantastic and was very popular, but most people had to stand to enjoy it. We watched turtles, birds and alligators enjoying the pond. The two golf carts were very popular, and both worked very well. They made for a very quick drive to the beach, without having to go on any busy roads.

Nice walk to the beach, great view of the lake in the back, very private decks and crows nest. Actually used all 5 bedrooms and the pull out couch one week and we were never crowded. Tidelife met every need and responded within 12 hours for 2 minor concerns. I'll be renting from them again next project I get in Georgetown.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great vacation. The weather was beautiful. Carolina Dreamin' was just what our family needed. Plenty of room for everyone! We spent lots of time outside on the deck watching the wild life. Pool and beach are very close especially using the golf cart. It was so peaceful there. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Great house for groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for family wedding at Debordieu Golf Club. Three siblings and their spouses and one child were staying here. This house worked perfectly, because we all had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. It also had a living are on the top floor and a den on the middle floor. Made it easy to spread out. If your tv purple, there was one in each bedroom. It was also very close to the wedding venue. House had a golf cart, so we used that when we went to the beach. An elevator was helpful for unloading suitcases and also with and elderly relative. Super large kitchen was great for cooking for a group. Kitchen was well stocked. Microwave could use replacing, and kitchen items/drawers could use some deep cleaning, but still worked. Two large porches in each level were really nice. The lower level was screened, which helped on buggy days. They overlooked a large pond, with lots of wildlife. You could hear the ocean, even though you may see it. Great customer service from rental company. Homeowner needs to repair some annoying items, like missing toilet roll holders, towel racks coming out of walls, replace batteries in remotes and clean stained carpet. Otherwise, still a good house to rent if you’re ok with these minor issues.

Awesome getaway for very large family or a couple of families.

Obviously a well enjoyed home with potrntial for. Asking lots of great memories. Thumbs up for sure!!!!
