Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Georgetown

“Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

“The rooms are filthy with stained beddings, and no housekeeping for about 6 days.”

“Overall great experience for our short stay. The only thing was a cart with trash and linens which sat near the elevator on the 4th floor.”

“Everything was acceptable except they replaced the shower door with a curtain rod but not remove all of the hardware from the shower door which left the opening unsightly and posed a safety risk if a person were to catch their foot on the now exposed hardware. ”
