Hotel vicino a Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta

“Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. ”

“Camera pulita e non c'è la moquette. Personale cordiale. Colazione classica. Pulizie giornaliere. Non ci sono ristoranti standard in zona, solo uno a fianco dell'hotel. Comodo per raggiungere la città è necessario un mezzo proprio.”

“The first room they tried to put me in the air conditioner made a loud grinding sound as soon as I turned it on. I then pulled the sheets back and untucked the bottom sheets and luckily didn't find bed bugs. But I found dirt and debris in the sheets which indicates that they did not swap out the sheets from whoever slept in the bed before. When I brought that to the young lady's attention she tried to explain to me about the air conditioner and I said no thank you I just want a new room please....

“Habitación vieja, holia a umedo con polvo y sobre todo muy cara me cobraron 75 dolares mas de lo que page real mente no te la recomiendo, creo que vale la pena pagar unos dolares mas, por esta mala experiencia de hoy en adelante no vuelvo a quedarme nunca mas aqui. NO TE QUEDES AQUI LUEGO ME AGRADECERAS.”

“Average Hotel in the area. Good to sleep and rest. No gym and pool out of service, but all that is clearly stated when you book.”

“The staff was kind and accommodating, for the most part I called a week ahead of time to let them know I will need an early check-in. They said I should be all set and it will be an additional $25 charge when I arrive, but when I finally flew in ahead of check-in I was told I couldn't. That's neither here nor there but when I am finally able to check-in they take a $150 damage deposit. I finally get into the room and the room reeks of cigarettes. I find cracks in the shower wall, gap in the door...

“The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...

“the reviews from others are on point which I read before booking. I had no issues, just need a place to sleep during my stay. One of the lights in room didn't work, hair in tub, not mine. Noticed many local residents were guests. But I will be moving to metro Atlanta in a few months, so I guess they are my neighbors ”

“BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!!!!! I had to sleep in the car because it was too late to find another room. Also reported it to Expedia which was not able to reach the hotel so after a few days offered me a $25 credit on their platform. Why would I use a platform that does not verify the hotels they are promoting and will not take responsibility for any issues even though they are collecting the payment. Might need legal help on this one!”
