“It was great to stay at this property.”

“They did not clean the room each morning, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels everyday I was there, 5 days. Asked several times for them to do it and it never happened.”

“Nothing, This my second weekend here no air conditioning working rooms smells like straight smoke and the cover were dirty both weekends I would like for someone get in contact with me because the stay are too high to be staying like this”

“The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.”

“Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains.”

“The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. The third room gave me a good experience, everything worked correctly. The staff was hospitable even though they did not find my charger from the first room. It's in a...
