“We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”

“I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!!...

“This property is in sub-standard conditions for the most part. They have deluxe rooms that are okay, yet the other typical rooms have security issues. You literally can see cracks in the door frames, its water damage everywhere, walls need to be repainted, open circuits with active wiring hanging out of them, and the worst experience was seeing two rats run across my floor. The staff was generally nice and helpful, but the property itself can definitely use an upgrade. ”

“Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.”
