Welcome to our beautifully renovated cottage w/ 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & sleeping up to 6 and backing onto a pristine lake.
Featuring a brand new grill, cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, covered hot tub & fully finished basement. On a maintained municipal road, 2 hrs from Toronto, 1 hr from Barrie & 25 mins to Bala. Foodlands only 5 mins away! Unwind in the hot tub & make memories that'll last a lifetime!

Open-concept living and dining with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large windows overlooking the trees. Walk out to the deck from the living room.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite access
Bedroom 2: Double/Twin bunk bed
Bedroom 3: Twin + bunk beds
LOWER LEVEL:
Full games room with lounge, TV, dart board and additional fridge. Lake access and hot tub steps away.
