“It was everything that it was advertised. We were satisfied”

“The room was clean and it also had a kitchen. It was great value for our money. There were also two beds. Please just include forks and spoons next time as well, in case some of the guests need cutlery. Thank you so much Jessica ”

“The Window in the room was broken and didn’t lock, or have a screen..not safe with kids or safe feeling and the bathroom door doesn’t lock or close. It was clean though and the kids liked swimming.”

“The walls in the room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Splashes of... dirt and droplets everywhere. There wasn't really anywhere to hang a hand or face towel im the bathroom, either. The doors of the rooms were the worst part of the whole thing. Every door slammed loudly when it closed, and blocked about as much sound as a piece of paper. I could hear doors slamming all up and down the hall whenever anyone went in or out of their room. There were loud teenagers in the room next to me,...

“Would prefer a ground floor room next time”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“My husband and I have stayed at this resort a number of times and usually have no issues. However this time I had bad experience. I used the hot tub on the first day we were there for less than a hour and by the next day my bathing suit went from black to brown. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders. Disappointed in this response.”

“You get what you pay for just needed a cheap place to crash for the night I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the room that's for sure It's a definitely dated hotel in need of renovations and new furnishings”
