“직원은 만날수 없음.입실 당일 메일이 늦게 도착하고 숙소의간판이 없어 찾는데 한참 헤메었음.
4층이 숙소인데 1,2층은 아직도 신축 후 공사 중으로 핸드레일에 먼지가 쌓여 있음.
베스룸에는 샤워기만 달려있고
샤워공간이 너무 좁아서 불편 함.
냉방은개별 룸으로가능하나 난방은 거실과 연계되어 있고 메뉴얼이 없어서 불편 함.”

“룸, 조식 등 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
대욕장이 있어 너무 좋았는데. 아무래도 여행객이 공동으로 사용하는 시설이다보니 바닥이 조금 미끄러웠고. 탈의신 바닥에 머리카락과 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 수시로 정리할 수 있다면 좋을 듯합니다. 그래도 여행동안은 편히 쉴 수 있어 감사했습니다^^”

“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1.
We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...

“アクセス：地下鉄新沙駅から上り坂で10分ほど歩くので天気次第では要注意。※空港からのシャトルバスの降り場も新沙駅駅。駅に向かうときは下りなので楽。市内のバス停はほぼ 目の前にあり、バスが使えるなら非常に便利。
室内：ベッド脇のスペースが予想以上に使い勝手がよかった。洗面台がバスルームではなく室内にあるが全く問題ない。景色は遠くに南山タワーが見えてテンション上がる。
アメニティ：スリッパは使い捨てではないので気になる人は持参したほうがいい。ボディソープ、シャントリは備え付けあり。歯ブラシ類はなし。
周辺：裏通りにコンビニなど色々あるので困らない。
フロントスタッフ：いい意味でテキパキと流れ作業です。スーツケースは預かってくれます。”

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop).
There are many minimarket and restourants in the area.
Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools.
Wifi was good in the room.
The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel.
The staff was very nice and polite. ”
