“Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”

We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! “Excellent stay. Clean room, albeit dated but did not deter our stay in any way. Staff was kind and spoke English. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer (bring your own pods). The room was huge. We had a separate bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It’s close to both the green and olive green lines. 15 minutes by subway to lotte world. ”

“This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated.
The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant.
