With four bedrooms our house can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. Our beautiful house is situated within easy walking distance, or a short drive, to the town centre, charming coffee shops and the pristine beach.

With four beautifully appointed bedrooms, open plan lounge, with large TV, kitchen, dining area, separate theatre room and large outdoor entertaining area, there is plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind.

Our house boasts a modern and stylish design, featuring all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, providing a great space for entertaining and socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals or snacks.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a walk in robe and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private and luxurious space for you to retreat to.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe (BIR), while the third bedroom features two king single beds and a built in robe. The fourth bedroom boasts a king single bed and a study desk/workstation, ensuring that you have everything you need for work or catch up on emails.

Our house also features a dedicated theatre room, complete with a TV and comfortable chairs. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day and is sure to be a hit with movie lovers and sports fans alike. The theatre room offers a cosy and comfortable space for you to enjoy.

Our house is equipped with two bathrooms, the ensuite and the luxurious main bathroom with a huge spa bath, shower and vanity. There is a second toilet with its own hand basin.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house, ensuring that you stay comfortable and cool during warmer months.
