“En general muy bien, La recepcionista estaba ocupada y no nos dio clave de wifi, no supo clave de la caja de seguridad y no comentó nada del desayuno No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación La clave de wifi es Goldenhotel, está bien ubicado y el desayuno está muy completo, solo les falló un poco la atención pero es muy recomendable”

“Non è la prima volta che vado in Kosovo è la terza. La prima in assoluto è stata nel 2012 e ho alloggiato proprio al Emerald Hotel di Pristina. Questa volta per assistere ad un matrimonio del figlio di un mio amico kosovaro, ho ripetuto l'esperienza e devo dire di aver scelto bene. La parte nuova dell'Hotel è fantastica. Il check in alla reception professionale e disponibile. Il ristorante al quinto piano ha personale cordiale e gentile e il cibo è ottimo.”
