“The staff at the front desk was friendly & helpful. Great location within walking distance to local restaurants & the stadium. The only negative was the pool had way too much chlorine in it, the entire room was unbearable to be in, so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.”

“The property itself was fantastic, offering stunning views and a charming fire pit on the top floor. However, a significant drawback was the influx of non-guest visitors who were utilizing the amenities. During my stay, one evening, a company hosted a lively drinking party with employees who were not staying at the hotel, which added to the noise level. Additionally, on another night, I experienced the commotion of children running up and down the elevator, which was particularly disruptive....

“the A line train from the airport to Union Station was a nice bonus. Ajax (bar/restaurant) had a great appetizer menu for happy hour and the staff (Justin, Jesse, Alyssa) were all great and very helpful with all the suggestions. HIGHLY recommend‼️”

“We only stayed for 1 night I was so impressed with the front desk! So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night! The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!”

“Loved it! This is a beautiful condo-slash-hotel with loads of space to relax. Our rooms were clean, fully equipped, comfortable, easy to get in/out. The common spaces are amazing. We enjoyed carryout sushi on the 4th-floor patio and played shuffleboard in the 4th-floor lounge. Staff was great. Parking was easy -- but I recommend parking out front during check-in and getting your parking spot reserved with a little help from the front desk if you've never been there before.”

“Manager was extremely disrespectful and not helpful at all. The gentleman there with grey facial hair and wore a large beenie was extremely nice and respectful a lot more help then the manager ”
