“Our experience was exceptional. Our stay was upgraded, and the apartment was phenomenal! The room was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with our parking key, but the company addressed the issue right away and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will look for Kasa properties in the future.”
