Case galleggianti a Gezira

“L'hôtel est très bien placé dans un quartier calme, à deux pas du Nil et de sa nouvelle corniche, très agréable pour se promener le soir. La literie est parfaite. Le personnel est adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service.”

“Hotel che sicuramente ha visto tempi migliori. Camere pulite e carine ma in complesso un po’ fatiscente”

“Posizione impeccabile”

“Excellent hotel, great services and perfect location in Zamalek. Nile view rooms are great.”

“Camere vecchie ma tenute bene. Moquette vecchia. Tutto il resto sopra la media. Ottima vista sul nilo”

“Very close to the city centre”

“Very nice room, and great location. It was very spacious, clean and convenient. However, note finding it isn’t easy. You arrive to the building and it’s not very clear where the entrance is and there’s not really a staff, but instead normally a single hired person to be on standby in the area to actually call the staff to the building to let you in. It’s a very unique situation, but overall once you get in it’s very nice inside. I would make sure to contact Brasbell via WhatsApp beforehand to...

“I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...

“Close to metro in a cozy neighborhood ”

“The apartments are bit old and they need major renovation and furniture need to be replaced with something clean and good, sheets, pillows, towels, curtains. … all old and look dirty you ask yourself if it’s safe to use them!!! Stated the bad and now the goods! Good size, Helpful staff, reasonable price, great location, loved the neighbourhood, great cafes and restaurants around, short walk to the Nile and main active area.”

“We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our...

“Brass Bells provided no information in advance about how to check in. When we arrived at the building, which is a huge apartment tower, there was no signage or any way to find someone to help. We passed a small dark unmarked office, but no one was inside. Eventually, someone from a nearby shop offered to go find someone to help. A young man came after about 5 minutes, who said he was from Brass Bells and took us to the office room we had passed earlier.”
