“We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia.
Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service ”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file.
Do better.”

“They claimed to have a restaurant when i booked the room.This is why i picked them because all the other hotels had breakfast included which have low grade food.I thought the breakfast should be better.It was not.The food at breakfast was low quality,very disappointing,,had trouble eating it ,I expected better than paying for such poor quality food.For this reason I would never stay there again or recommmend it to anyone.I felt misled and cheated.The room and hotel however was a good experience...
