“Room was unbelievably noisy , they had us in the staircase suite , all the vehicle noise and drunks running up and down all night long banging on the window and ac was horrible . The A/C-Heater kept needing to be reset , Towels were stained and dirty , bed sheets were stained , bed was comfy but very small , not a queen . “Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry.”

“When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.”
