“The entire resort was a rundown shack! This should not even be a lodging accommodation. Very dirty and had rodents and a stray cat on the property ”

“Leider waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Mehrere Lichtschalter haben nicht funktioniert und eine Birne war defekt, es war trotz eingeschaltetem Licht zu dunkel im Zimmer. Die Türen gingen sehr schwer auf und zu. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank war feucht, weshalb wir dort keine Kleidung lagern wollten. Der Safe hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Außerdem hat die Dusche ständig getropft. Insgesamt sind einige Reparaturen nötig.”

I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

“Location veramente magnifica: la struttura è immersa nella giungla a ridosso di un precipizio che garantisce una vista mozzafiato (esattamente di fronte al Resort Maya Ubud, uno dei più esclusivi). La nostra suite godeva di un accesso diretto all’infinity pool collegata con le camere a fianco ed affaccio direttamente negli alberi tropicali.
