“Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too! ”

For example, fresh fruit is a pleasant amenity of the room but sometimes it has not been supplied when the room is made.
Another unpleasant situation you would not expect from a 5-stars hotel is the lack of a printing service for flight check-in documents. The front desk charged us with some dollars for each printed page.”

"ho 61 anni è nel corso della mia vita sono stato in parecchi 5 stesse
e devo dire che Andaz Macau è stato quello con il miglior servizio che abbia mai avuto.
Per non parlare della comodità pulizia e bellezza della stanza.
il personale ed in particolare il congierege ed il quelli che rassettano la stanza nel pomeriggio sono stati incredibili. Si sono presi anche la briga di riordinare gli oggetti personali con una cura ai dettagli mai vista (ad esempio fibbie in cuoio per raggruppare i cavi dei vari caricatori)
