“The english breafast and the service in the restaurant were excellent ”

“The room was clean and the breakfast was good The only issue was the stairs to the room as our room was on the 3 floors there were a lot of stairs to climb and we both OAP which was very tiring. On the hold it was a good experience but we would not stay again due to the stairs.”

“The hotel is very well maintained, and staff were excellent. The breakfast was disappointing, as the only fruit available was an indifferent fruit salad. No prunes, grapefruit, peaches fresh strawberries etc. The only hotel I have stayed in where the cold buffet lacked fruit. The toaster (as is usual) either under toasts or almost burns the toast”

“Everything was amazing and so easy. Received great instructions the day before check in with videos etc. The check in process was a doddle, as was checkout. The comms via whats app was so efficient. I requested the chance of a later check out and they managed to extend this to 11:30 no questions asked. Room was stunning, bed was SO comfortable and it was less than a 10 minute walk into Ambleside. Also highly reccommend the stone baked pizza hut next door - AMAZING!!!! Would most certainly...
