“upon arrival check in was not ready i had to wait about 90 min for the room to be ready. the room did not look like the photos and looked like a dark closet/ storage area. fixtures were out of the 80s or early 90s including lighting, vanity, shower while bathroom really. seams on the drywall were popping. The door did not have a secondary or secure way to lock it was just a door handle lock. and the coffee maker did not work properly. whatever chemicals they used to clean smell treatable and...

“Great location! Room had been renovated but several items were dated. Pretty clean and we definitely felt safe and secure at the place. It’s about what we had expected although the a/c was very loud and kept kicking out. Otherwise a good night stay in a beautiful spot with a low star rating.”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”
