Hotel vicino a Giardino Okuma - Tokyo

“The hotel is fantastic! We had a massage at the spa that was incredible. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. Thank you for a fantastic start to our honeymoon in Japan!”

“Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!”

“The rooms look nice and newly renovated. They were also clean. But we had to change our room twice due to a mouldy smell. The fact that it's not possible to open the windows in many rooms makes this even worse. We would not go there again.”

“Good location, friendly staff. Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room. Some good eating options close by, One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but...

“Location not ideal”

“Albergo in una posizione strategica vicino alla metro ed alla Yamanote Line. Molti ristoranti e centri commerciali nei dintorni. Servizio Top. Colazione da migliorare ma tutto sommato buona. ”

“I booked this hotel with a non refundable plan. I entered the wrong dates and contacted them right away after the booking, but they were unwilling to accommodate the change.”

“Esotico”

“Room was big and clean, toilet and shower were amazing! Free wine, whisky and samples of different products! Amazing hotel and very nice staff. Area is a night life area so be prepared for a bit of lights and colour!”

“Ideale x coppie”

“スタッフの方はとても素晴らしかったです。高田馬場駅までのシャトルバスもとても便利で助かりました。 部屋にある家具類が古めで、引き出しの建て付けが悪かったりしたので、新しくできるともっと良かったかなと思います。”

“I am more than satisfied about my stay at JR hotel. The cleanliness and the vicinity at the train station (but the room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear the trains at all) and also the cafés and shops/restaurants nearby were the things that we liked the most. Staff doesn’t speak english well, but it is a general problem in Japan. I would definitely stay here if I come to Tokyo again. 10/10”

“Ottima posizione. Pulito e carina la stanza. Unica pecca un po’ disorganizzata la colazione.”

“Camera pulita servizi al top”

“Struttura molto pulita. Colazione ok, poco dolce, abbastanza salato. Stanza matrimoniale pulitissima, ma piccina. Personale super cortese e disponibile. Ritornerò, ma prenotando una stanza leggermente più grande.”

“The Bali theme is very dated and the hotel needs a lot of TLC. Staff were lovely however and very accommodating in terms of storing luggage etc. The free beauty amenities etc were very much appreciated as were the free drinks in the lobby. A nice touch! Room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Lovely big shower, and by Japanese standards the room was quite big with a separate toilet to the shower. The hotel is in the red light district so was very noisy most nights.”
