Motel a Giddings

“I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Bastrop, Texas, on a weekend in August 2026. The check-in process went smoothly; and, the young man at the front desk shared some laughs with me and other guests arriving. The motel os located next to a gas station, the highway, and Bastrop State Park. Stores and restaurants are nearby. There is a pool with tables, chairs and a grill. Breakfast on-the-go is included. My room was very clean and freshly painted, however, there is a pest control issue. There...

“The fact that there was a roach in the bed took the cake for me. The room next to me had so many kids in their room. They were loud until about 3/4am. I called the front desk and was advised me that they would say something. That didn’t work. Then the staff knocked on my door 8:30am almost 9am to ask me if I had any towels that need to be washed. Me assuming that maybe they didn’t have enough towels for the occupancies. I didn’t not get a good nights rest. It was a horrible stay.”
