“This home was immaculate! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. And that view is just breathtaking. The differences in low tide and high tide make you feel like your on a small lake one minute and then the ocean in the next. 3 kayaks are available to use and we took them out almost everyday. We also saw seals multiple times a day playing out in the water and ever jumping up on the dock. The pictures do not do this property justice. “Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely...

“Rental had everything that was needed and cute neighborhood. There were many options for breakfast, coffee, and dinner nearby and also very walkable to the waterfront. We parked in the lot behind the house and paid for ease. We were able to check in early and the host was very quick to respond with answers to any questions. ”

“Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. ”
