“The entire facility is outdated with many run-down amenities. Can’t actually see the space needle from most rooms. Rooms seem wore out and dirty. Parking costs $30. I would stay somewhere else if I came back. Staff was friendly though. ”

“My bedding had a hair on the sheets. I asked for replacement for both beds. Guy at desk said it was probably the maid's hair, but agreed it shouldn't be there regardless. Other than that, the room and property seemed quite clean. Loved that the pool and hottub is open 24 hrs for adults. Breakfast is over at 9, which is just too early. I feel like it should be 10. Overall, a nice hotel. I would stay here again.”

“Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and roomy. Located close to all the attractions. Catching the monorail to see Space Needle was nearby. Train to airport was close as well… saved lots of money on Uber!”
