“Check in was quick and the room was clean but there were issues. The AC in the room seemed to only have two settings freezing or blowing out warm air and made a noise when the fan stopped blowing that made it hard to sleep. the bathroom pipes made a loud clicking noise that sounded like our rv water pump. They were out of creamer for the coffee and sold out of sunscreen and the restaurant was closed for two mornings even though we paid extra for the free breakfast. The pool was so small, right...

“Terrible staff. THe manager of this hotel doesn't understand costumer service. Every morning he locks the (terrrible by the way) breakfast items away a few minutes before 9:30. When I showed him that it wasn't yet 9:30 he said it's 9:30 hotel time. When I asked where I could see it he said on the computer in the lobby. Also at 9am staff walked into my room without knocking. Then at 9:45am the manager came in as well (he did knock but I had to run to the door). He told me he needed to know when I...
