“We had a wonderful time mostly. The house had all the kitchen items we needed. The bathroom was stocked with tp and towels. Plenty of blankets and pillows. There was severe weather. So, both mornings we woke up with no power. But, when there was power, the WiFi worked great and the hot tub was so relaxing. We took advantage of fishing in between the storms. “The cabin was real nice and clean. Everything in it worked well the grounds were nice and clean. It was real quiet the only noise were the crickets outside. The owners were very helpful as far as where to go and things to do in the area. We will be going back and staying at these little cabins every time we go. ”

“We had the best time for a two night, three day visit at the cabin. It was a wonderful time for three high school classmates. We loved the accommodations, the views and how clean everything was. We talked, we laughed and we even shared a few tears. Thank you for our first outing and we hope to do it again.”

“Wish we had a way to control the weather. The week had thunderstorms and tornado threats most of the week. That caused lake levels to be 2 to 3 ft higher than normal, a very unusual occurrence, according to locals. The house was very comfortable. The spiral staircase was a little bit of a child hazard, but there was a gate at the top of the stairs (2 yr old figured out how to unlock within the first hour in the house and still no mishaps.) “Property was just as listed. Near the lake, lots of campers and RV's as well as lake homes nearby. My guess is it's a hoppin place during the summer season with many friendly folks around. House had everything we needed to be comfortable and allowed us to stay within an hour drive of seeing the eclipse. Lots of good places to eat close by too. Would stay again.”

“We chose this cabin for a weekend getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This cabin was exactly what we needed. We loved the cute, little cabin and all the amenities. The view is breathetaking. My daughter spent hours fishing the lake and caught multiple bluegill and fish. We appreciated the board games, cards and activity books provided with the house. We appreciated the thoughtful ammenities (coffee, water in fridge,etc) and the well-cared for kitchenware. “This cabin is so beautiful, well maintained, and furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The outdoor spaces allow for multiple locations to unwind, especially the screened-in porch. Pattie (the owner) is so friendly and welcoming. The pride she takes in her beautiful cabins is evident and she strives to ensure her guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. “This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.”
