“My wife and I are in our 80's. The little house fit our needs very well. We had a little problem figuring out the TV but managed to connect to some stations. We did not do any cooking at the house and ate out for our meals. It was a treat not having to travel far to reach the beach where we spent most of our time hunting sea glass.
