“Very nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. ”

“Comfortable and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a good all round hotel and I always feel safe staying there alone or with my family. Close to Strood station and only a short walk to Rochester. Will always choose to use this hotel when visiting Medway. ”

“This is a cheap hotel in the middle of sheerness. No it’s not five star but service was excellent. Can’t remember the last time a staff member showed you to the room. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“The staff were very welcoming & helpful in the reception/restaurant & pool area. Room was comfy, clean & spacious. We had lovely food in the evening & a super breakfast. The pool & steam room etc. were perfect. A very enjoyable stay.”
