“It was just what we needed…nothing fancy. It was in a campground. The kids enjoyed the playground. We enjoyed the beach and the hike up the mountain. They do things differently in Australia. In the U.S., someone is always at the reception counter. We didn’t realize that this place closed at 4:00. We didn’t get there until 6:00. “The room was lovely and so very welcome after hours of driving. Lovely it is not on the highway so stay enjoyed the quiet. The owner/manager could not be more welcoming or helpful for anything you might need. Variety of dining options close as is retail outlets, all a block or two away. Parking outside room for convenience to unpack or load. Enjoyed so much we stayed again on our return journey. Would highly recommend.”

“Paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise all through the night. Amenities are very old & in need of repair. Toilet ran for 5 minutes every time it was flushed and sink taps left a black residue all over the sink everytime they were used.”
