“Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

“We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable.
